Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Prayer beads (misbaha), rings, and accessories must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned.

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts may have different return conditions. Please check the specific promotion terms before purchasing.

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value, you will be charged the price difference.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. A deduction of 30 SAR will be applied for shipping and handling on all returns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange for a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Eryanna reserves the right to inspect the item before approving a return for damaged or defective products.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: personalized or custom-made products, items that have been worn, used, or altered, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Gemstones and natural stone products may have natural variations in color and pattern. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis.
