Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and shipped daily via home delivery service, except on Fridays, public holidays, and special occasions.

Before completing the order, please ensure the product specifications and agree to the terms and conditions of the site.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days from the payment date.

Please note that the shipping company does not operate during public holidays, and these are not counted as business days.

Our delivery service is door-to-door, and may not be available in some cases due to delivery restrictions in remote areas or inaccurate addresses.

Address Requirements

Please provide a clear and accurate address that includes:

  • Building number
  • Street name
  • Neighborhood
  • City
  • Nearby landmark

In case of providing an inaccurate address or changing it after shipping, a fee of 30 Saudi Riyals will be charged.

Phone Number Verification

Please ensure that you enter a correct phone number, as the recipient's identity will be verified via a code sent to the registered number.

In case of entering an incorrect number or changing it after shipping, a fee of 30 Saudi Riyals will be charged.

Additional Fees

  • Changing the address after shipping: 30 Saudi Riyals
  • Changing the phone number after shipping: 30 Saudi Riyals
  • Requesting reshipment: 23 Saudi Riyals

Rejected or Undelivered Shipments

In case of not receiving or rejecting the shipment, a fee of 30 Saudi Riyals will be deducted for shipping and return, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.

In case of requesting reshipment after rejection, a new delivery fee of 23 Saudi Riyals will be charged.
