We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the return and exchange policy below.
1. Return Conditions
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels.
Swimwear, rings, and accessories must be free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
Products purchased during promotions or at discounted prices may be subject to different conditions. Please review the offer terms before purchasing.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer the option to exchange for products of equal or higher value within 7 days from the date of delivery. If a higher-priced product is chosen, the difference will be charged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
To request an exchange, please contact customer service and provide us with the order number and the product to be exchanged.
3. Refund Process
After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect. A fee of 30 SAR will be deducted for shipping and handling on all returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send clear pictures of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for free pickup of the product and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Eryanna reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used or worn products or those that have been altered
- Gift cards
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
Natural gemstones may have natural variations in color or shape, which is not considered a defect and cannot be returned on that basis.
